Overall IMMACULATE service and staff. They made my stay awesome. Excellent view, a bigger balcony, lovely bed, too. There was an amazing restaurant, the markets and the shops next door. Easy check-out too. There were very good internet and ample parking available.
That air conditioner was weak.

I did not want to leave there, spent good time and recommend. The venue was brand-new, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was ideal just next door to night market and the lake. Bright room with the ac on the smell.

Very enjoyable stay overall. Hip new hotel in an unbeatable location right in the center of the old town, loved this place. Hoan Kiem district was worth visiting. Breakfast was savoury and varied, with variety of meals. Had warm drinks in the roof top bar in the evening.

This hotel was original, I enjoyed its fabulous location and service. Bar staff was very accessible. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Bun bo Nam Bo that is only 10 minutes' walk away. Such an amazing experience...

booked it for 4 days and had a very good experience. small property, so clean, efficient service and brilliant value. the sky bar was a delightful surprise. immaculate, fashionable room with the ac and also no shower. reception staff has been attentive and very nice.
